What is the return policy?
We want you to love your Crösan sunglasses — but if they're not right for you, you have 30 days from delivery to send them back. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, request it through Shop or just email us at team@crosaneyewear.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
Return shipping is covered by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case, it's on us.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. From there, transit time is typically 7-14 days depending on your location — most EU orders arrive faster, while some international destinations can take the full 14 days due to customs processing.
Every order ships with tracking, so you'll always know exactly where your glasses are.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, then shipped via our courier partner depending on the destination country.
As soon as your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way to your door.
